Connecting Your Etsy Products
Log in to your Etsy account and navigate to the "Shop Manager" section.
Click on "Listings" to view all your product listings.
Select the specific listing(s) that you want to link to Gelato delivery profiles.
From the "Editing options" dropdown menu, choose "Change delivery profiles".
In the subsequent window, click on "Select profile…" to reveal a dropdown menu of available delivery profiles.
Choose the appropriate delivery profile for the selected product (e.g., "Gelato: Mugs" for a "White 11oz Ceramic mug").
Click "Apply" to save your changes. Your selected Etsy product is now linked to the chosen Gelato delivery profile.

It usually means the product’s shipping profile in Etsy does not include a shipping rate for that destination.
Why this happens
The listing is assigned to Etsy’s General shipping profile, which may not include all countries.
The selected shipping profile does not have a rate set for the specific country.
The product is not assigned to the correct Gelato shipping profile.
How to fix it
Go to Etsy → Listings
Open the affected product
Scroll to the Shipping section
Check which shipping profile is assigned
Assign the product to the correct Gelato shipping profile
Save your changes
