When creating a photobook or other multi-page product, you may notice that the preview appears blank or white. This usually happens because the front page of your design is left empty (for example, using a plain white background).
Why this happens
The preview shows the cover page first.
If you left the cover blank or white intentionally, the preview will appear blank.
Your designs are still saved inside the photobook — they just don’t appear in the initial preview.
How to confirm your design
To make sure your pages are correctly designed:
Open the product in the editor.
Flip through the pages to review your designs.
You’ll see that all the content you created is still there.
Good to know
If you want your preview to display a design instead of appearing blank, simply add text, images, or a background color to the front cover.
