At the moment, orders created manually cannot be saved to your store or reused as a product/template.
This means that if you design a product while placing a manual order, there isn’t currently a way to add that exact design to your store afterward. The same applies to past orders—there’s no option yet to convert them into store products or reusable templates.
What can you do instead?
Recreate the product in your store
If you’d like to offer the same product to your customers, you’ll need to recreate the design and publish it to your store. You can follow this guide: How can I add products to my store?Save designs as templates (for future use)
While manual orders can’t be converted directly, you can save designs as templates when creating products in the editor. This makes it easier to reuse your designs going forward: How to Use Design Templates in the Editor
We understand this limitation isn’t ideal, especially if you’ve already created a design during the ordering process. We’re tracking this as a potential improvement to make it easier to reuse designs in the future.
