LARGE FORMAT DEMO

Quote a large-format job with finishing in seconds

From outdoor banners to fleet graphics and rigid signage, see how GelatoConnect Estimator prices substrate, hardware, finishing and installation in a single quote.

WHAT THIS DEMO SHOWS

GelatoConnect Estimator is AI-powered print quoting software for large-format and wide-format print service providers. This interactive demo shows the engine pricing a real large-format job in under 15 seconds — covering rigid and flexible substrates, roll width, square-metre pricing, finishing (drilling, grommets, hemming, mounting), and installation labour.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE

What GelatoConnect Estimator does for large-format quoting

  1. 1 Specify substrate, roll width and quantity; watch margins calculated by square metre or square foot
  2. 2 Add finishing — drilling, hemming, grommets, mounting — and see live cost impact per option
  3. 3 Quote rigid and flexible substrates side-by-side for the same job
  4. 4 Generate a customer-ready quote PDF in seconds, not hours

CUSTOMER STORY · INK N'ART

20 sec quotes

14-product quotes that used to take 1.5 to 2 hours of manual estimating — generated by pasting a customer email into AI Estimator.

"For two years we were stuck at the same revenue. It wasn't demand — we just couldn't quote fast enough. AI Estimator changed that, and we're now projecting 30% growth in 2026."

FAQ

Large-format quote questions, answered

Does it support both rigid and flexible substrates? +
Yes. The large-format pricing model handles flexible substrates (PVC banner, fabric, vinyl, mesh) and rigid substrates (foamboard, ACM, acrylic, corrugated plastic) in the same quoting flow. Each substrate carries its own roll width, weight, finishing options and cost-per-square-metre parameters.
Can it price installation and rigging? +
Yes. Installation, rigging and on-site labour are configurable as line items per job. You can set fixed per-visit fees, per-square-metre fees, or hourly rates — and apply them conditionally based on job type.
How does it handle finishing options like grommets, mounting and drilling? +
Each finishing operation is its own configurable parameter with cost-per-unit and minimum-charge logic. Add grommets, hemming, drilling, mounting, laminating or rolling in the quote builder and watch cost update live before sending the PDF.
Does it support multi-substrate quotes for a single job? +
Yes. Quote the same artwork on multiple substrates (banner, foamboard, ACM) in a single line so the buyer can compare cost without you re-running estimates. The engine totals each variant with consistent margin rules.
Can it quote in square metres and square feet? +
Yes. Set the default unit per region or per customer. The engine converts internally and prints whichever unit the customer expects on the quote PDF.
Will the demo data match my real cost structure? +
No — the demo uses pre-loaded sample data so you can see the AI behaviour. When you start the 14-day free trial after the demo, the engine is configured with your substrates, machines, finishing and margin rules so quotes reflect your real cost from day one.
