GelatoConnect Summit Fall 2026
Preparing your operation for AI, robotics and security.

The Context
Three forces are reshaping your industry. Most operators are not ready.
AI, robotics and security are now moving faster than most companies have planned for. Each of them will change how production partners win customers, price work, manage labour, automate workflows and build more resilient, profitable operations.
01
Artificial intelligence
Quoting, estimation, customer communication and workflow decisions are being automated at pace. Operators who understand this will win jobs in ways competitors cannot match.
02
Robotics & automation
Physical production workflows are changing. The gap between manual and automated operations is widening every quarter. Understanding where robotics creates leverage is now a strategic question.
03
Security
As operations connect digitally, security becomes a competitive requirement. Customers increasingly want to know their production partners are operating securely. This is no longer just IT’s problem.

The Opportunity
For the companies that get this right, the upside is significant.
Faster revenue growth, better margins, lower waste, stronger customer relationships and a more scalable operating model. For those who wait, the risk is equally clear.
This summit is a forward-looking discussion, not a product presentation — for the companies that want to understand what is coming before it becomes obvious to everyone else.
The Setting
Returning to Fiskebäckskil
The small Swedish fishing village on the Bohlän coast where the GelatoConnect Summit first began.

The colourful wooden houses, the harbour, the views across the archipelago. In Fiskebäckskil, every corner tells a story. It is a setting that slows conversations down and makes them go deeper. The 5th edition of the summit brings the network back to where it started.
